The best thing you could do is visit your Doctor. He/she will do many tests on you to determine if you are releasing eggs and how often. He can also prescribe tablets which are designed to make a woman more fertile.

First, you should look at your situation in life- I really don't mean to be patronizing, but you're awfully young and you should make sure that you can provide for your kids (with a stable financial situation and a good relationship with your partner) before you decide to have them, for their sake.

Second, go to a doctor. They'll be able to give you a better answer and more options than anyone on here will. Good luck! :)

1. Wait till you are married to start trying.

2. Go to a Reproductive endocrinologist (RE-fertility specialist), they will get you straigthened out so you can get pregnant.

As long as you are not ovulating, you can't get pregnant.
