It is not removal of the clit but circumcision, and it is done for reasons of custom alone!

It is a sick form of mutilation that their men demand they have. They demand it because they don't wish the women to have any enjoyment of sex and will most likely not 'fool around on the husbands'.
Sick sick sick and against God's will as he forbids any defilement of the flesh. He also intended married couples to enjoy sexual fulfillment with one another.
It's a truly despicable practice and just another example of how our gutless governments stand by and allow torture on people of this world.
I bet if there was oil in the country then they'd do something about it.

Clitorectomy, or female castration is a gruesome procedure performed to remove sexual pleasure for females. It is amazingly, still performed by a few subcultures, AKA tribes in Africa that are still backward enough for male domination to be an issue.

It is NOT for health reasons, as it is usually performed under non-sterile conditions and infection from the procedure can lead to death.

Just thinking about it is making me nauseous.

Female circumcision is a custom in their society. It is meant to reduce sexual pleasure for the women and therefore make her more chaste and a better wife. It is a barbaric practice that continues today.
