i dont clearly understand your question?

if you have two OS and intalled the softwares like microsoft word etc. in the same drive ie. c:\pro\ like this, if you remove it from one os, you cannot use it in the other.

If you have two operating system and you want to remove any one of them.

You can only remove win2000 from it. Select the particular partition or drive where you installed it and format it.

and then open the boot.ini file from the root directory(c:\) and remove the chosen partition (like microsoft windows 2000 from it)
and save, before doing this make a copy of it.

there is no way to remove win98 if it is in the c drive.

If you want to intall a fresh copy of any os. first backup the data and format both the drives which contain the OS.

Then Reboot.
Be careful.
Take a backup of the original file before editing.

It is not that there can't be more parties, there are. "Peace and Freedom, Libertarian Party" Just reality is third and fourth parties just don't do well. There is a couple Independents in Congress. But when you follow the money it is very difficult in the "off parties" to generate the capital needed to run a National campaign.
