Ok, people ALWAYS assume that the hymen is tell-tale proof. The hymen has a high elastic quality and could technically never have torn as long as everything was taken slowly and there was no force-full entry. It could have been torn somehow in childhood, so it's presence or lack of is no indication of virginity.

why does it matter?
if its cause you want a virgin then you shouldnt be sleeping with her if you don't trust her or if it matters to you.
