aren't we all make up of cells and atoms, are we? all the objects are make up of atoms, isn't it? so is cells and atoms only exist in this world?

I can make the entire periodic table from a few Hydrogen atoms. Combine two hydrogen atoms (by fusion) and you'll get a Helium atom, six and Carbon, eight and Oxygen, seven and Nitrogen, and so on.
Cells are composed of organic matter and the chemical formula for organic compounds is Hydrogen+Oxygen+Carbon+Nitrogen.
So you are right everything is composed of atoms. As about existence I am not sure because it is more philosophical than scientific.
If you believe in Cartesian doubt (I think therefore I am) even in this case what goes on in our brain is an exchange of neurotransmitters which are inturn composed of atoms.
Thus my conclusion will be that yes only matter and empty space eixst in the universe.

Well, no. Things like quarks and ice-cream trucks also exist.
But if I understand your question correctly, you want to know about fundamental components of everything.
Cells are the fundamental component of living organisms. All living things are either a cell, or a group of cells.
Matter is composed of atoms and molecules. An atom is the fundamental component of what we call elements, things like iron or oxygen. A molecule is composed of two or more atoms. (Note, however, that while atoms are the fundamental component of elements, some elements, such as oxygen, are more often composed of molecules. Most oxygen is made up of a molecule that contains two oxygen atoms.)
Atoms are composed of a electrons surrounding a nucleus. The atomic nucleus iis composed of protons and neutrons. (Note, however, that the simplest atom, hydrogen, generally has only a proton in the nucleus.)
Protons, neutrons, and electrons are composed of... Here I have to stop and refer you to what is called the "Standard Model." It explains the structure of mass at the very smallest scales that we know. Here's a link to a site with a good beginner's tutorial on the subject.

uh , no , if you look inside the atoms and cells , you see much more. an atoms structure is , from the centre , its nuecleus made up of protons and neutrons , and then there are little circles orbitting the atom , which are called ' lasts ' and the inner one can hold 2 elctrons , the 2nd can hold 8 electrons , he third one can hold 8 electrons , the 4th one can hold18 electrons . etc. soooo the world is made up of many things , look at things for whatyou believe they are and what they mean to you , not what they are made of

Concepts:
* Every object around you is made up of mass.
* Mass is made up of matter.
* Matter is made up of little particles called atoms.
Principles:
* Everything that has mass and takes up space is matter.
* Atoms are the building blocks of matter.
* Atoms are very, very small.
Facts:
1. Matter is everything that takes up space.
* The desk you sit at in school is matter.
* The food you eat at home is matter.
* Even the air you breath is matter, because it takes up space, even if you do not see it!
A balloon gets bigger when you blow into it. This shows you that air takes up space.
2. All matter is made up of little bits called atoms.
* There are many different types of atoms.
* To be able to form all the different objects and things, atoms mix together to make different kinds of combinations.
3. Atoms are very small.
* You cannot see them with a magnifying glass.
* You cannot even see atoms with most microscopes.

Light and the vibration it makes creates all of this. Energy is matter without energy there would be no matter. So energy exist and it is the stand post for atoms and cells which are not considered a constant.

no, they are the base matter of everything. Cells and atoms make up everything, but they aren't the only existing things!

cells are made up of atoms. and atoms are made up of smaller subatomic partics: protons, electrons, and neutrons. Keep breaking it down and there is a set of particles that makes up everything in this universe, even thought there is more to our universe than just particles. String theory postulates that those particles are actually made up of smaller stuff dubbed "strings".

atoms are the building blocks of anything, cells wouldnt even exist if not for their atomic foundation.
hope this helps :)
