The test came back positive i went to the doctor and they confirmed that i am pregnant, What does this mean, i am trying to conceive a child.

don't read too much into it. I dreamed I was having a baby while sitting in a lazyboy recliner inside the 49ners locker room on superbowl sunday. As I have no children I can assume my brain was working on overdrive while I slept.
Since the 49ners haven't been to a superbowl in years and I don't want any kids . . . I like to call it a nightmare . . .
