In Yahoo! answers, the number of answers or questions you are allowed to make is limited, depending on level. You can see more details by pressing the "My Q&A" link on top right of the page, then, in the green rectangle that starts with "My score", press the link "Tell me more" (Here's the link: http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=Ag.mCfGa66HvT59aGXYMPsXsy6IX/SIG=11l9b9j1m/**http%3a//answers.yahoo.com/info/scoring_system.php )
Your daily quota increases as your level goes up.

Good luck!

You are on level 1 which means that you are only allowed to answer 20 questions per day. The higher the level you are on, the more questions you can answer. People who reach the highest level, level 7, have no limits on the number of questions they can answer.

Hope this has helped.

Care to give a context? WHAT IS SAYING THAT?!?!?

A quota is a maximum amount you are allowed. How much it is depends on what it applies to. Avoiding it depends on what it applies to - which you didn't explain.

It depends on what level you are. You are only allowed to answer certain # of questions. After that, you have to wait until next day. The only way to exceed it, is when you have moved on to the next level.

ok so I see now some people beat me to the answer!
