People look at other people. Its just the social animal in us. You are not conceited, you're egotistical and paranoid. Get over it. Stay indoors and become a hermit.

Hello there i had thesame problem when i was younger. The best thing to do is ignore them. your right it is annoying. It is also rude and makes u feel like there is something wrong with you. If your that gorgous try to make some money out of it like do some modelling or something or become an actress.YOu could always buy a pair of glasses even though u dont need them and wear them u can still look good but it will be a book smart sexy so u might get not as many annoyn looks. Dress down is anotherway. Pretty can be a detriment sometimes i work with all men and i wear a uniform no makeup and i love being one of the guys i hate being checked out unless im interessted inthe guy . Anyways good luck try to ignore them even though its impossible just be real comfident and tough but outgoing let them know u mean business and are meant to b taken seriously.Goodluck beautiful from beautiful

The same thing happens to me, I don't consider it a problem because I don't think I am better then the people that look at me. They are just people too, I am sure that you enhance your beauty, even if you do it for yourself other people are bound to notice. Unless they are stalking you then its really not an issue. Try being nice to the people that admire you, instead of being standoffish and superior.

I don't think you're going to get much sympathy from here. Your question alludes to the fact that you're attractive. If that's the case, I can't say I feel sorry for you. Think of all the people who have visible scars or features that make people gawk. They usually feel very self-conscious, especially when they know they're being stared at because of something that is considered unattractive. I say get over yourself.

You are right about your problem. You do have this problem where you feel everybody is ogling at you all the time. It is a good thing that you have identified it as 'a problem with you'. You must tell yourself the following:

- not everybody is looking at me all the time.
- when somebody looks at me, they are appreciating my appearance and I feel good about it.
- I must concentrate or focus on what I have ventured out to do and not be bothered about who is looking at me.
- If I feel everybody is looking at me all the time, it means that I am looking at everybody around me all the time. How else would I know that they are looking at me?

It is true that if you constantly keep looking at people around you, you are actually encouraging them to look at YOU! So dont keep doing it unless most necessary. But ofcourse, you should be aware of your surroundings for your safety when you are out on the streets.

I hope you get over this problem of yours very quickly. Good luck.

My cousin has the same problem. She has learned to tell people flat out that it's rude and disrespectful to stare at people who are less fortunate than themselves.

Don't let whatever they are staring at bother you, dear, you have just as much right to be out in public as they do.

It really sounds like you are tremendously concieted. That being the case, it is very possible that people are not paying attention to you, that you just think they are.
