I don't think they know exactly which way to go. There are reportedly some great designs and the one I favor is a 100 story glass tower with three jewels on top that according to the designer, point to the three original building sites, no matter what direction that you observe the building from. I do know that it would really tick off the people that did this to us. I think it is important for all of us on the inside.

As with anything, money and politics are the cause. There was a big dispute starting also with the architects not agreeing on which plan to use. It'll happen eventually. Some people also say it's too soon to begin building.

What everyone doesn't understand is that "Rome wasn't built in a day!"...............If you understand that statement, then you will have to understand that there are so many environmental issues still being dealt with....Mayor Bloomberg was on TV this morning explaining it.........He also said there were Legal issues being dealt with. Design issues...30 billion will go to construction
And yes it has been 5 years, it still takes time to do "everything"" right.... ..Once It has been completed, it should be a wonderful thing..............
