my dad whoes 36 is worried he has 125/78 blood pressure is it normal healthy?

His blood pressure is perfect. It's high when it gets over 140 and low when it's under 110.

well Im a 32 yr old female w Type 1 diabetes, and my blood pressure is usually about 110 over 70 to 110 over 80 & my Dr aways says this is perfect so Id have to say your Dad is good to go!!...a bit higher than mine but Im sure he's a bit larger than me too

The american heart association reccomends an optimal blood pressure be 120/80. He's fine.

120 over 80, the second number is what you really have to worry about, that number shouldn't close to or over 100, if it is you got some problems.

Mine is 140 but I didn't feel uncomfortable.
