fill your tub with warm/hot water. put on some relaxing music. put some soap in the tub (only if you like Bubbles), then get in and relax, think about all the stuff you could be worrying about WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING TO THE MALL TO GET A NEW PAIR OF JEANS.

try dipping the stained portion in turpentine oil for a few minutes before brushing with a soft brush. wash with petrol (Pure) and the with soap and water. The paint is obviously not water based.

Soak stains in lacquer thinner. Wash several times to remove the lacquer thinner smell out and voila' no more paint stains.

Unless you get it out when it is wet, even latex (water-based) paints will not come out of cloth. Sorry.

rubbing aclohol for latex paint, and the stuff to wash your hands if your a mechanic rub it in and let it soak

Best you can do is either dab some turpentine and blot it off, or scrape as much as you can off.
