h=31m
g=9.8m/sec (it is a contant)

P.E.= m*g*h
=89*31*9.8
=27038.2 Joules

=27.0382 KJ

How long is the bunjee cord? If your bunjee jumper never achieves maximum velocity, or is restrained at say, 1m the parameters change. If he is restained at say, 30m, then there is enough potential energy to make a very flat bunjee jumper.
