Can they still get manicures and pedicures in outer space? What about taking cute outfits and shoes to wear? Are they able to take those along? I want to know in case I decide I want to be an astronaut.

If your appearance is what counts, then forget the idea of becomming an astronaut.
In training, you will break most of your nails.
The suits are for space, not for fashion.
Wearing lipstick will damage some equipment and is forbidden.
And when you will want to go to the loo, you may need a helping hand, so your intimate privacy has to be shut down.
The TEAM that flies out there is ONE SINGLE BODY.
