i am searching for a home based job, typing or editiiting etc and would like to know whether there is any jobs direct from company where we are not fooled by giving money, without receiving payment.

The fact that first they are requiring you to make an investment of $250 to $500 to get a job is a red flag. Next, $10,000 a month means $120,000 a year. I don't know any job that's pays someone with minimal or no experience that much to start. The odds are that for the $250, you will get some CD that tells you how to sell things or requires you to make cold calls or post ads. As long as you walk into this with your eyes open, you may not get burned, but be very careful.
