Im not sure where you can trade it in and for what?

but you could sell your old one on ebay for some money.

as for a new PDA i suggest a Dell Axim. I have the X30 and love it but my mom got the new X51 (i think thats the #) and its allot better than the 30. Just go all out when buying one. Youll like it allot more IMO
