First off register it in Washington for copyrights.
Then find writers who have a similar style to you and find out who their agents or managers are. Then get a phone number for that agent and (have your logline ready) call up and say you have a script and that it is a similar style and genre to their other clients (name the writers so the agent knows you've done your homework) and you're looking for representation, fingers crossed they will say 'send it in'. The reality is that you will not speak to the agent, you will speak to their assistant but they can open the door to you if you are nice.
If you dont call then you can also get an email address and ask them that way.
Do not send unsolicited material to anyone, the best way in the door is if you ask (get a relationship) then send it with a letter saying 'I spoke to you the other day and you said send it in'.
Dont send it to actors/directors.
If the agent chooses to represent you then you are in and can then be put together in a package with a producer and sent off to WB/Universal etc to pitch and try to sell the script.
A writer cannot survive on one script so you should be writing all the time, if the agent says 'I like youru style but I've already got a similar one in producton' then you can come back with 'well I've got loads of other scripts!' and you stay in business!
good luck.

Maybe you should send it to a major distributing company, or you could perhaps buy a camera and cast some people or friends, produce, direct, edit, and make the movie... Then you could enter it into a film festival. I'm willing to take a look at it, I love reading scripts. I want to go into film, so send it at rdhanda2000@yahoo.com, and hurry, I've got school in the morning

If you REALLY had a script for an episode, you shouldn't be asking who to give it to on Yahoo! Answers.... weirdo..

You should give it to the garbage man, he'll take care of it for you.
