Short answer: Not yet, but it's coming.
Long Answer: Ever since John Elway retired, nobody has been good enough at quarterback in the eyes of Denver fans so they have become very fickle and critical (both on the field and delving into a QB's personal life), no matter how much loyalty a quarterback shows. This is turn tends to burn out the QB with the public. It's was true with Brian Griese and now Jake Plummer. Never mind Plummer is in the top 5 active quarterbacks in winning percentage, it took fans about .05 seconds to start annoiting Jay Cutler as the new QB. END RESULT: Jake's relationship with Denver fans is about as good as yours would be if you felt like everyone wanted to replace you at the drop of a hat....If you're the meat in a meat market, it's hard to love the butcher.

He flipped Broncos fans off in the past (and probably will again before he's done) but I think that's just Jake. He's a jackass who likes to get himself into trouble, period. It's not personal with Denver.

i don't know if he hates the fans or not but i do know that he is a private citizen who cherishes his privacy.
