try not to think of what made u cry, keep distracting urself by looking somewhere else or keep urself bz by listening music, homework or etc... just dont think of the matter that made u really upset for awhile to control your tears and later when u're all alone, cry it out all u want.....

Bite your lip. It works! Seriously! I was in basic training, and I had to use this tactic a few different times when the drill sergeants were screaming in my face. If you bite hard enough to cause just a minute amount of pain...it's enough to chase that urge to cry away. I still use that technic today.

I don't , sometimes I can put a pepperment in my mouth that helps. But most of the time I just cry.

you cant sometimes if you do you can get a migraine a really really bad one i rarely cry except when i watch cold case man dont i no
