First, try eating healthy and getting a book on food content and calories. Second, do not worry too much about the weight. I am sure he will still love you and if he does not then it was never love to begin with. I have found when i lose weight that the best way for me is to stay away from my favorite snacks. If it is potato chips let's say then only have a small handful of them a few times of week. And I mean about 10 chips and no more. If it is candy bars then have half of it and wait a few days to have the other half. In the meantime, do NOT starve yourself or your body will think it has to store fat. Eat sensibly, avoid things high in calories.Third, take walks and exercise each day.. Good luck with your diet. I have included a site where you can get free programs and it lists programs to do with calories. Just put calories into the search there.

You may not loose it all, but you will definitely loose a good part of it if you start.

Anyway, you need to find a better way to eat, or by xmas you will be another 30 pounds heavier - ugh!

It is said that 1 pound a week is a healthy weight loss... but in fact, as your weight piled on SOOOOO fast, you will probably be able to loose a lot faster, I am sure there is also lots of water retention there. I would start a low carb/low fat diet immediately, as it will help you also get rid of the extra water, and is not too frustrating (can still go out, but you have to watch it).

Have veggies (any, as much as you want) and proteins (eggs, fish, chicken, steak - but stay away from fatty cuts or heavily processed items) at every meal, skip carbs (no bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, pizza) unless high fiber (beans, lentils, all pulses), sugar and soft drinks, alcool (hey, one glass of wine occasionally is OK). For snacks, yogurt works great. For breakfast, yogurt, a piece of fruit, a coddled egg. Veggie soups is a great filler, for dinners/lunches/everywhere. If you are out on the town, you can always order a steak and a salad, tell them to get rid of the breadbasked, and an extra order of veggies instead of the fries. Avoid the butter on the veggies, though.

Garanteed, it is a healthy way of eating, easy to integrate in your life, you don't need to go nuts weithing portions. And you will be skinnier and healthier by Xmas.

Cut all sugar out of your diet as much as you can, DO NOT DRINK SUGARED BEVERAGES!!!!!!!! drink only diet soda, do NOT drink Fruit juices or sugared teas . Drink very little milk and absoulutely no power aid or koolaid! I lost 30lbs just by drinking only diet soda, water, and crystal light and cutting out all the other sugared beverages. Then .. you can work on eating healthier too. Stay away from carbs and eat smaller meals more times a day to keep your metabolism going, also get out and excersise! I think you can loose about 40 in 4 months in a healthy controlled manner.. any more than that in four months would be unhealthy!
dont worry about your boyfriend, if he loves you then weather you are 125 or 175 he'll still love you!

I'm not sure what 50 pounds is in Kilograms but I think that with a steady and very controlled diet with daily exercise you should be able to loose a LOT of weight. I have recently lost 10kgs over a 6 week period using weight watchers. Not sure if you have it in your country but check out their website anyway-it has a lot of handy tips and motivational stories to get you started and keep you going. Also, play around wiht the weight loss calculators and work out exactly how much you'd like to loose. Good Luck, you can do it!!

No, you can't lose 50 lbs in 4 months. At least, you can't lose it in a healthy way. The maximum you should probably shoot for (if you want to do things healthfully) is around 2 lbs per week, which would mean 32 lbs over 4 months.

Start planning for yourself , eat the right foods , avoid all the fattening foods you know , instead drink plenty af water so you'll not feel hungry. Think always of your boyfriend's reaction if he will see you in your figure or just think of advantage of being slim and healthy. :-)
