There is a price guide called Beckett Racing. They list prices for Die Cast Cars and Cards.

The value of the cards are listed in several publications including Becketts price guide.But the value with an autogralh is not included.When I was working a card shop any card that came in autographed was worth about half of the book value.Check with some autograoh collecting sites for a more accurate price for autographs.

I doubt Petty would be worth a lot. But since Dale Sr. is dead and was really great it would be really valuble.
