I STOPPED EATING WENDYS AFTER SEEING THIS HAPPEN IN A SOUTH GA LOCATION.
I WAS IN LINE AND THEY WERE HAVING A BUSY DINNER RUSH. A GUY COMES IN AFTER BEING PASSED THE WRONG BURGER AT DRIVE- THRU.
THEY REALIZED THE MISTAKE AND GAVE HIM THE BURGER HE ORIGINALLY ORDERED. THAT GUY LEFT, AND I WATCHED THEM RE-WRAP THE BURGER THAT WAS SENT BACK AND SEND IT BACK OUT THE WINDOW!
BETWEEN THE CHOICES YOU PROVIDED, WITH WENDYS RULED OUT, ITS A SPLIT DECISION IN MY HOUSEHOLD. MY WIFE BK, MYSELF MCD.
BUT THE BEST FAST FOOD JOINT IS SONIC HANDS DOWN!

Wendy's I would say is the best of the 3 if your going by health/ calories ...Many Wendy's has Nutrition fact phamplets at their stores and on their website. I worked for Wendy's and their food is pretty good if you know what you are eating.
The good thing about Wendy's is if you don't want your chicken sanwhich or burger on a bun they can make it without the bun losing the calories from the buns. If you really must have the bun than regular buns are better than kaiser so make sure whatever sandwhich you get (if you get a sandwhich) does not come on kaiser or can be replaced with a regular bun instead of the kaiser.
The salad's are real good but you just have to be careful how much dressing you use...Use the dressing with least calories if you want or a low fat one (which sometimes is pretty high depending how much you use) ...I have also seem people who ate at Wendy's order a salad and just bring some of their own dressings from home in a little container ( so they know the calories of what they have) which really isnt a bad idea.
Wendy's also offers many other side dishes besides fatty salty fries....They hava chilli , yogurt , chips, oranges in a container, and potatoes (be careful on the butter and sourcreams)

I would say Wendy's but I'll get cravings for McDonalds more often.
