Have any ideas on what I could do to solve the problem?

well this must be a money problem everyone goes through this just get a job and make money. Belive me you will be happier when no one is saying that you have no job or money.

Just a suggestion works for me.

Set yourself small achievable targets everyday.
If it is looking for job or making money call or email an agency or apply on line. Do not worry about rejection it is not personel just short sighted people setting specifics that do not take into account the the actaul applicant.

Look at rejections as good things as they are eliminating the non possibilites and there will be a big list to work through as there is for everybody.

If it is personal problems other than these, look at it logicaly and try to break it dwn into areas where you can set small goals to help over come the overall problem. Look upon any failures a s minor and try another method to meet this particular target.

Remember we are all human and falable. On the whole we probably have more failures than successes in life its getting everything into prespective.

Okay Depression is a medical condition to have depression you need to been seen by a doctor who then arranges treatment. You may be feeling low yes as for you have difficult controlling your feelings maybe you do have depression or you may have a hormone imbalance. My first advice would be go to your doctors, while your waiting eat sensibly, exercise, if you use drugs/alcohol i would advise you to stop as this does not help it makes it worse!! Trust my advice as i am having the same problems but i have problems with anger/guilt/resentment. Went to the doctors gave me some advice and medication and i am on the way to getting better.

Depression used to have a strictly medical meaning but these days it gets used when people are just having a bad day. Check it out on the web there is an excellent site called MDF with a huge amount of info about mood disorders. But do something like see a doc but please do not just suffer as it may get worse. well feeling are in any shapes and forms, which one do you have troubles with...or indeed if they are all then you must try and take time out and have a good look at whats going on around you, sometimes by taking a step back you can see more clearly and it becomes easier to control things...such as feeling

try to learn the meaning of self detachment and you will be fine, go out get some hobbies, you will be fine. just forgive and reduce jealousy and stop comparing with others.

make a nice blog
draw and paint or work clay into fetish images ( magical )

do zen meditation and sware yourself in as an animal servant of the forest
