I dont know of any groups in LA beacause thats not how screenwriters work. If you want people to read and review your work go to zoetrope.com or scriptshark.com. Dont bother with inktip because it is a known scammer.

I would also recommend you get a hold of Blake Snyders book 'Save the Cat', its the best screenwriting book out there.

I'm sure you know but there are lots of online places you can get a hold of produced scripts (script-o-rama.com simplyscripts.com) you should definately read read read and write coverage for other peoples and it will really improve your own skills.

Sorry I couldnt help you with small groups in LA, the only ones I've heard of are from people who have done screenwriting class's at UCLA and they review each others scriots. Bt theirs nothing official as far as I know. Go on zoetrope and you may find writers who you respect with similar taste as your own and you could ask them if they want to swap and review scripts; start up yor own little group!
