Dont U think a Thug is more childish and a gangsta is alot older and wiser ... seems like thug isjust someone who is a wanna be gangsta?

A thug is about his money, a gangsta is more on some street type of shyt. A thug is more business minded where as a gangsta is more on petty things I guess you could say.

I would say the only difference would be the spelling. To me they mean the exact same thing.
