Is there another Animal Planet show beside the Crocodile Hunter shows that are located in Australia?

I know that Steve Irwin died, but I heard there is another guy still alive in Australia that does a simalar show to the Crocodile hunter. All I know is this guy has a beard. Can someone give me the name of this guy?
