am 17 years old, friendly and I smile a lot, and on random situations where there are a ton of people I can be a little bit shy. The only guys that ask me out are guys that come into my job and are older and creepy, or a group of guys that are jerks like saying "oh look at you hottie, you fine piece of ***" as they said a few days ago. It sickens me and makes me feel like crap. I was dressed in loose black slacks and a t-shirt. Nothing revealing at all. I almost feel like all guys are like that. I have had a few guys ask me out, but it just didn't work out. My guy friends and male co-workers tell me I am beautiful (but always end up going out w/ another gal), which I don't feel at all and I have a horrible self-image b/c of this, which I know I shouldn't let the way guys approach/don't approach me affect my self-esteem..but after a while it does, . I am a Christian and I plan on saving myself until marriage, which I know isn't too "cool" to most guys. What's wrong with me?!

I definitely love guys--but I think God wants me to wait until I'm married for any sexual relations with a guy.

You're perfect! Do not change a bit. Realize that there are some deprived individuals (otherwise known as JERKS!) that do not know how to conduct themselves in front of a lady. Also, realize that when they do act that way it is because they have an insecurity problem and don't have their blanket to make them feel more secure.

You, my dear, are a jem and must have fantastic parents. Be patient. There is a saying, "Good things come to those who wait." So, remember, you are on a good path and do not let anyone get you thinking there is something wrong with you. God bless you and your family.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of men in this world who are animals. There's hardly a day that doesn't pass that I don't get leered at. I don't wear makeup, or wear provocative clothing, but they still act as if I was Pamela Anderson. It's annoying, but all women have to put up with this. One of the reasons I think I attract this kind of attention is that these men know I'm not interested, and that makes me safe. A lot of men are scared to death of women, would you believe? The reason the men at work don't take you out is because they know you won't put out. Stay true to yourself and your values, and wait for a guy who is a true gentleman and respects you and likes you for yourself.

What do you mean whats wrong with you? You should be asking whats wrong with them!
You sound like a beautiful happy girl with great morals, i think they are intimidated by you (looks, and attitude), they could be thinking your to good for them or your out of their league. those Pigs at your work were just trying to be the Alpha Male, forget it, I guarantee if you ask out one of your mates or co workers they would be cheering. and about you saving your self that's great any guy that truly appreciates that will appreciate you : )
Cheer Up Darl!

ABsolutely NOTHING!!!!

Keep being picky and don't waste time on guys you don't even want. And the real men will appear!!

Not to discourage you...I didn't meet my soul-mate until I was 37. But that was because I wanted to have a BF so bad I went out with the wrong guys and wasted a bunch of time.

Keep the Faith!!! Don't give in and change you or your values!
Find a man in church or a church group.

Definitely nothing!!!

Don't be in a rush for love or companionship or sex.
Stick to the Christian values that you hold dear.
There is definitely nothing wrong with preserving yourself for the right one.
I guess it would the culture that you have been brought up to. Don't let peer pressure get to you when it comes to your love life.

Your what every guy dreams about. But don't worry they just don't know it at your age. Wait a few years and you will find that someone who is looking for you.

Don't worry...guys are strange animals full of contradiction...we want to go out and party with sl*ts, but we want to marry good girls...be yourself, and stay yourself. The right guy will come sooner than you think...

There's nothing wrong with you. In fact, people like you should be given a license to beat the people who act like animals. More people should be like you.
