What is the correct light spectrum required to grow vegetables indoors. Can halogen be filtered to emit ?

If you are growing vegetables or starting flowers under flourecent lights I use one Grow Lite tube and one Cool White tube .This way you get the whole spectrum of light. I'ts worked great for me for years. Good Luck !

Go to your garden center and buy Gro-Lite lamps/bulbs. They emit tha same wavelengths of light like the sun does and needed by plant for growing.

cmon now. i know its not veggies ur growing!lol use any type of vitamin d light [lights 4 reptiles] its an atificial 'sun'. works very well indeed, just dont hve it 2 close, or u will burn ur plants.
