Oh Sure. I have been doing it all of my life. Especially when I was sitting on the hard seat in the classroom, listening to the same old, same old. I drifted out the window and made my own world. It finally was named "Creative Visualization".
I think all things positive, and beautiful, and try not to send out negative vibrations by my thought-waves. However........there are times I would like to see a banana peel on the sidewalk when somone is jerking their dog around by the neck.
We all have a dark side. Just have to keep it in check, and Visualize the good stuff. Carrot cake, Alice B. Toklas Brownies, Shrooms, just kidding. Stay clean, life is better.

I believe that visualization is a strong psychological tool for many people for several purposes. Some people can't even see themselves in their present circumstances. Some people don't want to look at themselves and are afraid to try to visualize themselves in a more favorable light.

If you are refering to visualize seeing the outcome of what you want to do...like looking at a picture to imagine that you will be doing good on the test...Yes, I do. I think that that technique is good in any areas...such as interpersonal relationship, academic...etc.

There are numerous people who would make fun of the possibility of changing their fates. This is due to the fact that it believes that no one gets more that exactly what is put in his fate.
