I lost about 40 lbs a year and a half ago and since then I havent seen my skin improve at all. I have loose skin in my abdomen area and have tried anything to get rid of it. I go to the gym regularly and put creams on (collagen and stuff) and still no results. I was wondering if a HGH spray could help improve this. I want rock hard abbs but my skin doesnt let me. I have tried countless of situps and crunches, I do weights and nothing. Please help

No, HGH will not help your skin tighten up.
You may need plastic surgery to accomplish this.
