TRON sign question?

Towards the beggining of the movie you see Allen (Flynn's not so friend) siting down at his desk and workin on his computer.

There is a sign beside him that as far as i can tell does not say anything in english. Someone told me it was German or something.

Can anyone tell me what that sign says?

The poster in Alan's cubicle reads, "Gort Klaatu Barada Nikto" (a reference to the sci-fi classic The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951)).
