I have the same problem. I would take Simply Sleep tablets early in the evening esp. if I have to be up the early next day. There is no hangover. To prevent this problem I do not take any caffeine/coffee past 2 pm- that includes soda, chocolate and even green tea. Sometimes though esp when I know I have to wake up early i can't sleep due to that pressure alone. That's when the simply sleep tablets comes in.
On regular nights melatonin or Valerian tablets do it for me

I think a warm cup of Milk or Tea and a nice warm/hot shower will relax you. Put on warm PJs and open a window so that there is a slight breeze. Lay down and relax and before you know it you'll be dancing with the sand man. Good Night.

Get up at 5:00 am, don't sleep at all during the day, make some exercise, and you'll sleep like a baby.
Do it several times and eventually you'll get use to it.
Try lavander oil, as well ( essential oil 100% pure )

i had the same problem i wouldnt be able to fall asleep until say 5 am in the morning
the doctor that i seen tried me on a sleeping program where u have to completely relax before going to be
it didnt work so he put me on sleeping tablets its the best thing anyone has done for me
go see your doctor

some people don't get enough sleep .that doesn't mean they r of ill health . sleeplessness is caused due to over burden of work /feeling of un easyiness & unhappiness .one should try to remove thier sorrows. only a good treatment can help u .so go to ur nearest doctor & get a mental check up ok? ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!

take two servings of Tylenol liquid pm "cool burst" knocks me right out in about 15 minuets

Read a book. It usually makes me sleepy even if it's a good book. No picture books though!
Drink some tea too!

read a real boring book,it works for me.or watch some of those infomercials on the tv,that ought to do it. good luck

When I get in bed, I shut off my mind and just enjoy how comfortable my bed feels. ONLY think about how good it feels to get in that comfortable bed. Eventually, you'll zonk.
