Many viruses thrive in certain conditions like colder and wetter environments. Also, humans tend to crowd together more in winter seasons, which can allow for better spread. Theres many factors really, but most of it turns to the temperature and climate being just right for the virus.

Because they are highly contagious and people are crammed into spaces in which they breathe the same air and touch the same surfaces eveyone else is touching.
Wash your hands alot. That is how doctors keep from getting sick all the time.People get sick from people who are sick not from cold weather.

My guess would be that people tend to crowd together more in winter, which allows for contamination.

cuz its cold an our immune system is weaker cuz our body is trying to keep warm which is harder than keeping cool.
And everything is indoors in a closed, stuffy environment where if one gets sick, they all do.
