I have been working in the movie theater industry for about 9 years now and I have worked in 6 theaters so far and it's different in each one of them. Some of them can be really nice to work at and some just plain sucks. As far as watching movies, it all depends what kind of people go see whatever movie.

Yes, the last movie I saw in the theater was Descent. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a psychological thriller about a pack of BFFs who are brought beyond their threshold when a cave exploring trip goes awry. It was interesting watching the different personalities, and watching how each handled the stress. Good flick.

na..

babys cry (so do kids in some movies)
black girls talk too much (never hear the white ones talk much)
groups of kids talk throughout the whole movie.. usauly louder then the movie itself.
Phones go off despite the request that you dont leave em on

People talk on phones sometimes louder then the movie (had a guy siting down at the bottom of the stairs and he was so loud i was siiting near the top of the stairs and coudl hear his every word.

What kind of experiences are you talking about? Just enjoying a movie or "getting lucky"?
