An intake or filter like K&N, an exhaust system like a borla cat-back (NOT a weld-on muffler), a pair of headers, a throttle body, a performance cam shaft, a new intake manifold, a performance ECU tune like LG, a better ignition system, electric radiator fans, light weight pullies, bore out the block to fit new forged pistons and rods, a balanced crank shaft, a new fuel system with a bigger pump and high flow injectors, a light weight flywheel or a high-stall converter if its an automatic, and thats before you get into any power adders like turbos, blowers, or nitrous. Also, I didn't notice, but all of that is pretty much in the order you would want to do it in as well.
Just don't get a big ego. It is still a very poorly made, very un-safe car that doesn't have any real technology on its side, but you have one thing everyone else wants, torque =)
PS, let me emphisise UN-SAFE. I've had two friends die in F-Body GM's.

Oh my god, that is a broad question. There are many different things one can do, and it depends on how deep your pockets are, as to what you need to do. One thing to bare in mind is the fact you need to do things that won't freak the computer out, unless you are in the market to change that too. Bigger, better exhaust system, with some free flowing mufflers, a better cold air intake system, an after market throttle body, and headers to mention a few. Good luck!

I would change the fuelling program on pcm, put in a higher lift cam, port heads or get after market heads, high compression positions, stronger con rods, high RPM balanced crank shaft, roller rocker arms, larger throttle body, 3inch exhaust system, cold air intake and, bigger radiator.

F*CK FORD.
Ok. Let's start with basics. Pull out whatever block you got in there and get a 502 cid block. Bore it and build it. Roller rockers, one piece cam, aluminum heads, weind dual plane intake, holley dominator carb, harmonic balancer, underdrive pulley, and hedman super comp headers with turn down tips and no mufflers. Drop your stock tranny and put in a TCI racing tranny with a 4500 stall converter. Switch out your rearend to a 12 bolt with 456 gears. And put on some 10 inch slicks. And boom you're done. Kill anything on the road. Especially those POS Fords. I pick 'em off one by one and take they're money. It ain't hard.

A new LS6. Instead of the LT1 it has in it. Or just get a bottle. Save alot of money doing that. That will add 100 or 150 HP just like that.

xturboexpress' answer should not be taken seriously. he is generalizing. your vehicle already has electric fans, all engines have balanced crankshafts, and as for light weight pullys - i dont know what he is talking about. maybe he is referring to underdrive pulleys. anyhow, disregard his answer. contact me with your budget and i maybe of help.
