skype is a World Wide Program which lets people and friends communicate with eachother. This program is free where ever in the world.
You may download the software off " www.skype.com " and it may take a few minutes. this program lets you call any office or household in the USA, but not over seas or any othe continent. your friends or loved ones must have a skype Acount to Communicate with you. its totally Free. Good luck

just go to skype.com and download the programm and install it.
you can search for people through the program by name, country, etc.
you only need a microphone for your computer, which would run less than 20$ for a cheap one 30+ for a good, headset
