I recommend a good multivitamin-multimineral, plus VItamin C with bioflavinoids for starters. Also, 3 cups of brewed Green Tea a day is good for fragile veins and capillaries. Grape seed extract or pycnogenol, at least 100 mg daily, til the bruising is better, is the sovereign remedy for weak blood vessels of all kinds.
Do get a physical and have your blood tested to rule out any serious diseases, but what I have suggested above has helped a number of folks with a bruising problem.
