The next time he touches you or does anything that makes you uncomfortable, you need to make it very clear that you do not appreciate that act, and that you expect it to never happen again. Explain that your relationship needs to remain strictly professional so that the company can preform better. Again, you have to specifically tell him, or none of this is his fault. Once you have asked him to stop, if he continues, you need to immediately remove yourself from the situation and inform a supervisor.

Yes...No matter how you feel that you don't want to cause any further "harsh" problems..You need to talk to your boss dear! Do it now, because it sounds like too much of a chance to take by letting this go.
Keep on respecting yourself by taking immediate action! You do have every right reason to do so judjing by your story you've just explained here....You are right to do so! You are not being pathetic or over exagerated, you do have the smarts to see it as you do. It sounds creepish to me too!

I know someone who had that problem. She went to her supervisor but, I think you might try talking to him first to avoid things getting too sticky. Tell him you don't like to be touched unless it's your idea and this is not your idea. Tell him he's invading your personal space and you'd like him to please back off. If that doesn't work then yes, go to your supervisor. If he/she does nothing then go to personnel.

Hie be honest to your self and to him , just the truth will set you free . tell the stupid guy the truth and be honest , he will get over it. If you do not like him , you better to tell him the truth then mislead him.
