You have deleted internet explorer from where ? if it the folder from program files then your cookies , favorites, history are all availble as sub folders in windows folder and you first take a backup of them before re-installing the internet explorer. If you have un-installed the internet explorer by mistake then I am sorry all your history and other details are lost for ever.

i dont think if you have deleted the IE completely...you can go to run and type in there iexplore and hit ok and that should open smething. Or you can also go to search and look for internet explorer and create a shortcut from there

it's physically impossible to delete internet explorer. I don't think Microsoft lets you. just go to Start --> Run, type iexplore and hit enter.
once you do that, go to getfirefox.com, download firefox, and use that instead. much safer, faster, and better than IE.

Then select Add or remove programs
And then there will be on the side
Add/remove windows components
There you will find ie

you may want to objective asoftech image fix which helped me before. you may get carry of trial for loose Please be said that your telephone reminiscence might want to practice as a stress letter on your explorer, if no longer, you want to take out your reminiscence card and connect utilising a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there is any on your laptop.

use mozilla firefox, way better browser
history and should be in IE, so they might be gone
but thats no big deal.

hmm wat do u mean by deleting IE in the first place?
If u uninstall it, if i am not mistaken the Favorites are still there...history is in ur IE temp folder.(cookies as well)
