From my understanding of the new legalization of tattooing, anyone who is found in possesion of tattoo equipment without a license will be fined, just for possesion. is this true and does the license from the health dept. really cost upwards of $1000?????????????

I also live here in Oklahoma and after reading this, I did not see anything about being fined for having the equipment in your possesion, but I think the health dept. cost is $500 instead of $1000, that is the way I understood it to be ...but here is the link anyway.

I'll tell you if you give me a tattoo underage.

Just kidding.

Well, the way I see it, there're already tattoo parlors open here, so are they really enforcing it? Don't worry about it, but don't let them know you have the gun until November, or whenever the law goes into effect.

I have never heard of a Tattoo Gun, I own a Tattoo Machine. I do not know the laws in your state, but in Oregon you can legally own them.
