Play with Sony PSP playstation portable console, do simple exercises like yoga, situp or skipping, do craft work such as cross stitch, sew a quilt, crochet or knitting etc. If you like to cook, you can bake bread, cake or cook a dessert to make yourself happy after eating.

Color, Write in your journal, Call a friend to talk to, Walk your dog if you have one. Talk to a neighbor you haven't seen in a while. Bake cookies. Just a few suggestions. Oh and how about chores!
