When my daughter was not even 2 months old I divorced my husband and he was ordered to pay child support. I have seen one month of payments and she is now 15 years old. I figure he owes me over $32,144 and I could really use that money now.

I've had custody of my daughter since she was 2. When the divorce became final her father was in prison, child support was to be set upon his release. I've never gotten any.
