Do a proportion.

This is a fraction a/c and b/d.

In a proportion

a x d = b x c

In this equasion a= the variable m b=60 c=3 and d=1 (since 60/1 is still equal to 60, but you need it in fraction form.

So given the equasion I gave you ad=bc

Plug in the values:

m X 1= 60 X3

m=180

Sonce "m" = 180, than 3m= 540
