I wrote up my resume a few months ago and have been submitting them like crazy to job offerings. I've also tried employment services but nothing is coming back. I have 2 years work experience in bill collections, 2 in retail and I'm a senior in college. I've had a lot of in between jobs that have lasted 2-3 months but it never suited me (hostess and shoe sales).

What is my problem and why can't I find a decent job? I'd like to work in a bank or somewhere, or just dealing w/$ since my major is business mgt and it's a family expertise.

Don't take stuff off, you want as much as you can on there. Add whatever you think is relavant. My guess is no one wants to hire someone still in college.
