I drink alcohol, which is a successful antibacterial agent. I'm not actually joking. I have always had week teeth and flossed regularly. What I noticed was when I forgot to floss, my teeth would bleed the next day I did -- unless, I discovered, I had drank alcohol that previous night. Some people will say "that drink doesn't have enough alcohol content blah blah blah blah blah." Yes it does, because it worked. Just not the best alternative.

Most probably you are having dinner really early and by bed time after 3-4 hrs u will start having hunger pangs. The best way is to have some fruits 1 hrs after dinner, that will help to curb your hunger and it will also not effect your brushing schedule.

The best thing to do is drink a cold glass of water and then go to bed. You won't think about it if you're asleep.

When people are dehydrated, they feel hungry when all they really need to do is drink water. If you drink alot, you'll feel less hungry.
