I have wedding programs that are blank and I want to have a picture on the front is this possible and how to do it?

personally I would only use lightweight card to print on,

however there is another way... print your picture onto decent paper (photo paper-matt or gloss)
then to make it a little more heavy weight..use double side tape and stick onto card, then cut to size. if you then use 3D sticky tabs, the picture would then be raised...looks great.

First do you have a scanner? Second do you have a printer that can handle the heavier weight paper without jamming the rollers or skewing the image? Also something that prints high-res photos is best, otherwise your photo may look pixilated. And plenty of ink!!! This will take a hefthy amount of ink.

If you have,then scan in the image... make a document with the image & then print making sure to set the paper properly in your printer tray so that the image isn't upside down or over the text, etc...
