A friend of mine is in prison and he has been there for only a month, but this sex-aholic never went a day without atleast masturbating. (Yes, he and I are close and he informed me of this.) He has been having trouble attempting to relieve himelf from sexual frustration while being incarcerated but as you might imagine most other inmates may become offended if they catch another guy wanking it.
He is concerned that he may have nocturnal emissions, better known as "wet dreams" and may act out his dream disrupting his fellow cellmates slumber and provoke a confontation.
He is also concerned about the physical harm from not ejaculating on a regular basis may cause, if any.
This all sounds sort of silly, but he seems quite concerned about it. I just feel he is extremely sexually frustrated like many other men in correctional facilities.

from personal experience, he is way better off not ejaculating at all (especialy if he lifts wieghts) cuz when u choke the chicken or get laid, u lose strength (i dont kno y ppl say its healthy) i kno cuz its happnd to me.so no physicla harm can come out of NOT ejaculating. its acutally the opposite. and i herd that if u dont ejaculate then ur body will just do this in sleep, as u mentioned, and this wont cause any harm like normally mastu...ing.

If he doesn't get released it can cause him to never have an erection
Know this from a Dr. this is something your body needs to do (not just for getting off) for health reasons like a women during a period
I know a man who has had this happen and not in jail

for one thing just about everbody in jail does it.
sooner or later depending on how long you
have to stay there .
I dought if he will have wet dreams. .
tell him when he gets the urge to just look around him
at what choices he's got to choose from
that will usually make your sticker quit pecking up.lol
not doing it won't do any harm trust me

i was told by a doctor that sexual release often was necessary for good prostate health....that's the only down side i can think of besides being horny as hell and having a mental breakdown..

No harm whatever will happen if he goes without orgasm. He's neurotically obsessed. After a while , a man goes without it, and he doesn't miss it at all. I know firsthand.

Get someone else to do it. I do it for my boyfriend 3 times a day sometimes, i'm sure people don'tmind if it is another prisonmate. especiallyif he has snot on his condom
