Be VERY careful when getting involved with websites that offer assistance getting them. They don't often work, and they just end up costing you money. They cannot guarantee you faster service or guaranteed acceptance either.
The best thing for you to do if you're having problems is to consult an official US government website, or to contact an attorney locally to offer some advice or assistance.
