If anyone can, it has to be Sourav Ganguly himself - by keeping his mouth shut and letting his bat do all the talking - he must score heavily in all the matches he gets a chance to play in.
There is no guarantee that he can make a comeback this way but at least that will keep his position strong, performance-wise.
Remember, how Mohinder (Jimmy) Amarnath made himself the 'comeback man' of Indian cricket.

International cricket is not the sort of place any one can make a comeback in the present scenario.Especially for character like sourav. For any cricket team, the board is the deciding factor. You cannot step on their feet and scream injustice. There may be injustices but sourav is not the first or the last one to undergo the treatment.Tomorrow,it can even be the turn of sachin or dhony or rahul.Nobody is above the sword.
I suggest let him now grin and lay back and reminsce on the good ole times and ignore painful memories.

The previous performance of saurav ganguly that is from 1996 to 2004 is the best way to come back. I mean he has to play cricket as he was playing before. I dont know why cant he realise this thing.
This is the extreme way to come back to the international cricket

sourav will have to first contest elections on a communist ticket and win & then the communists can pass a resolution with the support of the Congress in parliament demanding the reinstatement of Sourav in the team. Thats the only way..

No one in this world can help help more than Sourav (Dada) himself. There are a lot of people like me, who want him batting in flying colours in Sky Blue Dress (Indian Cricket Team) but unless CHAMCHAGIRI, CORRUPTIONS, BHAI- BHATIJE BAD, etc. are not uprooted from the BCCI, our hope will not be fulfilled. If Saurav plays exceptionally well in domestic cricket so that the selectors can not ignore him (even if they want), then only can he be selected.

I trust you. yet to imagine Sourav Ganguly replaced into himself fascinated with petty politics and ruined various promising occupation. to illustrate, Murali Kartik, Ajay Ratra (to favour Parthiv Patel) etc.

He alone can help him to come back by sorting out his draw backs and improving his performance in domestic cricket and whatever other opportunities he gets to play cricket

Ganguly is gone guly. so forget him. we must give place to young cricketers, who can serve our team for long time to come. even he comes back how many years more he can play ?
