Everything I need, yes. Everything I want, no. The only needs are food, water, shelter, clothing, and air, and I have those covered. But now, those really cute shoes I saw yesterday...

Interesting question if you take it beyond the superficial.
The Rolling Stones had a song which paraphrased said, "You can't always get want you WAANNNTTT, you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find you get what you NEEEEEDDD."
What do we need? Food, shelter, clothing, physical security from harm, healthcare when we're sick, and basic human contact. A fellow named Maslov created a heirarchy of needs. The first levels are basically, the ones I just mentioned.
These are those things that we must have in order to just survive. Once we have met those basic needs, then we have time and desire for additional things, those that perhaps we can call wants.
So, maybe the real question is what do we want? What don't I have right now? Financial security. The feeling that I am making a difference -- a contribution to those who may be less fortunate, leaving the world a better place when I go. A job that will provide me with both of these.
A great relationship with compatability, kindness, fun, common values and goals, compassion, companionship and passion.

A nice house with rooms for all my children. A place with a large backyard so they could go out and play. A place where they could have pets. A place out in the country so there wouldn't be the hustle and bustle of the city. A place that has a wonderful school system. We don't have any of this currently.
