not normal pregnacy pains
just pains that you got while you were pregnant that you never get when your not, but are not normal pregnacy symptoms?
like with my first 3 pregnacys one of my toes constantly cramped.
and with this one my shoulders about to kill me!

Yeah... when I was pregnant - I used to get these awful shooting pains i my lower tummy that would shoot down my thighs... And it killed me. They said it was called BRAXTON HICKS. Whatever - I say they were BRAXTON HURTS...

Many pregnant women notice pains in parts of their bodies they previously paid little attention to, or didn't even know existed! My child plopped her little butt on my sciatic at around 5 months and stayed until I delivered her. That was unbearable. I had to use a cane to get around some days. And there is nothing you can do about it. The shoulders could also be nerve pressure from the baby. Try some stretching to see if you can shift her. Nothing strenuous or acrobat worthy, just some simple stretching! I totally feel you on the toe thing too! I would wake up in the middle of the night, and my baby toe would be sticking almost straight out to the side. I would wake my husband up just to look at it because it was so weird. My jaw also ached. That probably has something to do with the amount of food I was shoving through it on an hourly basis though. Good luck with your new kiddo! I want a big family too, children are such a blessing.

Your ligaments and joints naturally soften during pregnancy due to the hormones in your body. That's why you can get pain or cramping in other areas of your body. My left shoulder constantly ached when I was pregnant. It drove me crazy.

Girl, I have weird pains all over!! I am 21 weeks and get sporadic pains in all kinds of places. But they go away quickly and dont pose any problems

Yes, my wrists hurt during pregnancy. My hands went numb for some reason. My feet did the same thing off and on. My ankles and knees got sore. I was a mess during my last pregnancy. Laugh.

all kinds of crazy stuff happens, as long as you are not in pain where you feel and know something is wrong ...you're okay.

i got the really bad cramps also and a really bad one in my side where i couldnt even move this is with my first and this one it sucks really bad

eat lot's of bananas. your body needs potassium. and lot's of water.
